I'm back!

I never actually went anywhere my bloggy friends, I just had to attend to my actual J-O-B.  Silly thing, right?  The 7-Day Sugar Detox is underway and 10 gorgeous women in 2 groups are giving sugar the heave-ho along with yours truly.  For me, it has been a real breeze so far.  Each time I kick sugar is easier than the time before. And each lapse in between is shorter and less damaging.  Coming from an ex-super binger and sugar addict as myself, this is more than I ever dared to hope for!

So, in between testing and preparing recipes for the groups, doing the same for the upcoming Spring Transition Health & Cooking Class, cooking for my own familia, and testing recipes for the cookbook I'm reviewing (soon, soon, be patient), I have not been taking my little blog pics and writing witty commentary.  I'm sad.  I want to come back to regular blogging!

So here is what happened to me after a run the other day:
I melted.

Don't you guys get sick of seeing my same plates and bowls all the time?  I just realized it looking at the two pics above.  I need to get some new dishes maybe?

  1. No I think you have fab dishes! The particular blue really does something for the food. Always looks yummy. Although I can see how one could get drawn into snapping up gorgeous dishes and plates for 'work'!
    You're making me wish I'd started on the sugar detox kick too! I was too scared....

  3. Oh Sarah! Nothing I ever teach is scary!! Everyone gets to go at her own pace and get the kind of suppoprt she needs.
